WP Industrial Printing offers Pad Printing Services for imprinting images on products and materials. Pad printing can be used for promotional images, brand and corporate identification on products, and decorative applications.
The use of silicon transfer pads for the application of ink makes pad printing the ideal method of tranferring images or text onto unflat, three-dimensional surfaces and compound angles. Our machines can print designs of up to four colors, at a maximum image diameter of 4.92". Larger images are not well-suited to the pad printing process due to the nature of the ink and the application process.
Typical products printed upon using pad printing include golf balls, pens, cups, mugs, hard hats, ...
We offer Industrial Screen Printing services, specializing in high resolution precision screen printing. Screen printing is a through transfer process, which utilizes a stencil as the medium for depositing ink to a substrate. With the aid of a squeegee, the ink is transferred through the prepared stencil to the substrate using consistent pressures and print speeds, either automatically or manually.
The typical industrial screen printing process is quite different from our garment and textile screen printing, because of the vast range of material and product applications, and differences in ink systems. We screen print on small or large products, with a maximum print size of 48" x 60". Basic materials and substrates that we can ...
Cylindrical, bottle and mug printing services using a Systematic Automation Model F1 semi-automatic screen printing machine. Up to 1800 cycles per hour enable quick turnaround, and the machine's clamshell style, along with modular accessories, allow for wide versatility in the size and shape of cylindrical pieces that can be printed.
Our printing machine is X-Y angular micro-adjustable, with a 1/2" (12 mm) thick tooling plate for the X-Y table, ground flat to +/- .001".
The format of our screen printing machine allows us to print upon any cylindrical surface - including drinking items like cups or bottles, and writing instruments such as pens or highlighters.

We offer custom screen printing of graphics on vinyl materials for decals, labels, signs, banners, and packaging solutions. Vinyl is a flexible, thermoplastic material that is waterproof, sunproof, and tear resistant. It is well-suited to outdoor advertising, with its resistance to the effects of sun, wind, and rain.
Our digital vinyl printing machine uses solvent based inks to print full four-color process directly on vinyl. This ink provides additional protection from ultraviolet radiation, and makes the vinyl material better resistant to weather. Our inkjet solvent printers can print up to 300 feet per hour, resulting in a quick turnaround from the time that your order is placed. We will print in low or high volumes, ...
T-Shirt printing, also called textile printing, is the process of applying color to fabric in sharply defined patterns or designs. When done properly, the colored dyes or pigments bond with the fiber of the fabric, to provide resistance to fading, washing and friction.
T-Shirt printing differs from dyeing in that dyeing involves whole fabric being uniformly covered with one color. In printing, one or more colors are applied separately to certain areas, in sharply defined designs, logos, illustrations, or patterns.
Our service includes selecting the proper flow characteristics of the ink or dye used, which differs from project to project. A main component of flow characteristic is the thickening agent used with an ...

WP has the ability to produce rapid prototype parts out of engineering-resin plastic materials with a 2 to 4 day turnaround.
We can build your design directly from the CAD model with near-molded properties in ABS, ABS-polycarbonate blend, 100% polycarbonate or high temp/high modulus Ultem resin. The technology we employ, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) can generate scaled parts or working assembled mechanisms in a single build.
The parts will readily accept post-processing operations such as ultrasonic welding, surface finishing, insert staking and threading. This technology is an excellent solution for low-volume production runs and eliminating the cost of tool building.
Xerox 700 digital priting press with light production finisher Printing fullColor Digitally Our business printing services use printing presses linked to computers for design information, resulting in faster turnaround time, lowered production and setup costs, and the ability to modify and customize designs more easily. Other names for digital printing are short-run printing and on-demand printing; these can be used interchangeably.
The digital printing process takes the following steps:
Acquire design/information through scanning a document or uploading a digital image or word processor document
Convert the design to a file format useable by the printer; for example, TIFF or EPS.
